This guide covers planning and preparation. Use the directions supplied with your particular B-7000 glue for application, handling and curing.
Check before opening the tube
- Confirm the glue is suitable for your surface and embellishment.
- Read the label and any supplied safety information.
- Test a hidden area or a spare sample of the same materials.
- Plan where the finished piece can rest while the adhesive cures.
Prepare and place
Prepare the surface as directed by the material and adhesive instructions. Lay out your design first, then work in manageable sections. Follow the label for the amount of adhesive and the permitted adjustment time.
Let the bond develop
A piece staying in position does not establish that the adhesive has fully cured. Wait for the product's stated curing period before putting the project into use.
After your project
Follow the label for closing, storing and disposing of the product. Keep the packaging so you can refer to its instructions later.
